Last year I mentioned my desire to review the new generation of battery power equipment coming onto the Australian market for both consumer and professional use. Today the first of these items arrived for testing from Husqvarna Australia. The Husqvarna 536LiL is a professionally-orientated 36V battery powered line trimmer which I am very much looking forward to putting through its paces and giving you my thoughts as both a home-owner and someone who has used equipment such as this professionally in the field. The garden titled 'The time in between' has been designed as a space where Charlie could express his personal milestones since the passing of his father who sadly died when he was just 17.

05 May World Naked Gardening Day

It was a cool day in Sydney for the 10th annual World Naked Gardening Day (WNGD) and thus one not conducive to me personally getting my gear off and into the garden to take part! For those not familiar with the event, the first Saturday of May is WNGD where (according to their website) people are encouraged "to tend their portion of the world's garden unclothed as nature intended".
